Rates

While we really, genuinely would like to help you out of the goodness of our hearts, there are bills that need to be paid, and inflation just won’t cut us a break.  The good news though, is that we offer a choice of pricing options for our clients, with details for these provided below.  If you are a registered NGO, charitable or philanthropic organisation, we do offer discounts!

In the event that you have a particular request or need that is not covered by either of these options, please contact us to see what we can manage for you.  We do our best to accommodate a wide range of budgets and needs, so don’t hesitate to ask what options can be customised for you.

All of our options have a common set of delivery promises:

  • We will revert with changes or edits as requested, within 72 hours (three working days)
  • All urgent work, requiring reversion in under 24 hours, will be charged at double the standard rate
  • We will only accept work assignments according to staff availability, in order to ensure that each client receives our full attention and focus

Option 1: Hourly Rate

Our hourly rates are best for projects that have a large amount of content and a limited amount of time (e.g. creation of marketing materials within two weeks).  While the exact rate will vary depending on the amount of content and the turn-around time requested, our starting rate is PKR 4,000 per hour.

Option 2: Per Word Rate

Our per word rate is an excellent alternative for people who are looking for specific editing services (e.g. for an individual application essay or a personal statement).  It’s determined on the basis of 250-word “blocks” of text.

For editorial services, our starting rate is PKR 1,500 per 250 words (or portion thereof).  For content creation services, we begin at PKR 2,000 per page (400 words).  These rates are an estimate and will be used as a base-line to determine quotations for your specific needs.

Option 3: Career Services

If your goal is to polish or strengthen your CV or cover letter for a job application, this choice offers excellent value.  The Career Services option allows  for a complete, thorough review that will include editing, proofing, and content correction, as well as advice on structuring your work experience in a variety of formats, e.g. functional, chronological, or competence-based.

Our Career Services come at a flat rate of PKR 5,000 per document.
